IT’S SUMMER !!!! and all we need is fresh fruits, today’s recipe Is a healthy, beautiful, and so scrumptious salad to eat, Let’s learn how to make it.

INGREDIENTS :

5 sliced kiwis.

1 pineapple, cut into bite-size chunks

10 mandarines.

1 lime and 1 medium lemon.

3 mangoes, cut into bite-size chunks.

2 cups sliced strawberries.

Citrus Poppy Seed Dressing.

A pinch of freshly grated ginger.

INSTRUCTIONS :

I washed lemon, lime, and 2 mandarines and zested dried citrus using a fine grater.

Then I squeeze the juice into the measuring cup, I added honey, poppy seeds, and whisked until combined.

I prepared the remaining fruits in a large serving bowl and poured the dressing on top of fruit about 30 minutes before serving.
